We had a very long waiting list last year.





CANCELLATION POLICY:  Absolutely no refunds are available for individual OR school cancellations after September 26, 2019.  Cancellations received earlier than this date will receive an adjusted refund that reflects costs already paid by BCASAA for your delegates.  Advisors are welcome to substitute delegates of the same gender for students/advisors who find themselves unable to attend the conference by changing individual student information in the Registration system and notifying the Registrar of your change.


Step 1 of the Registration process is to provide your school's information, including the number of advisors and student delegates that will be attending.  

Until May 31st, a maximum of 10 students & 2 advisors will be approved per school.  Advisors can register more than 10 delegates during the period up to May 31st, but those additional students will be automatically placed on a waitlist by the registration system.  On May 31st at noon, the wait-list will be opened and remaining delegate spaces will be allocated to schools in the order that they registered.  Delegate spaces are not confirmed until payment is received by Lake City Secondary, so schools are encouraged to send payment by May 31st.

The Advisor Contact will receive an invoice for the total payable by their school upon completing Step 1 registration, and again after their wait-listed delegates are approved for registration (if applicable).  

The BC Student Leadership Conference is only open to member-schools, so the BCASAA membership fee of $40.00CAD will be added to your registration fees if your school has not already paid them for the 2019-20 school year.

Spaces will not be held for your school or delegates, nor will your delegates be able to choose workshops or other conference options, until payment is received.
